Real Estate : Sales Agent : Immediate Start !

An opportunity has become available for highly motivated individual to join our energetic, results driven and award winning sales team. Ideally, we are seeking applicants who are experienced in Real Estate sales with a proven ability to list and work within a team environment.

You will need to be passionate about our industry and want to build a long term sustainable career. You will also have:

Previous residential real estate agent experience. Class 1 or 2 License or Certificate of Registration Assistant Agent Impeccable presentation, an exceptional communicator. A strong relationship builder, Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

About the role of Sales Agent

* Listing, marketing and sale of properties.
* Maintaining excellent client relationships.
* Achieve agreed targets for sales, listings & appraisals each quarter.
* Maintain and comply with all professional company standards and reporting requirements.
* Attending open homes and arranging inspections

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

●  Minimum 12 months experience working as a real estate agent

●  Industry-standard certifications

●  Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the perseverance to achieve goals

●  Well developed verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and reports

●  Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines

●  Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven ability to develop effective working relationships

●  Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard, including proficiency in using real estate programs

●  Neat presentation
